A Brazilian buttock lift (BBL) is another name for fat transfer to the buttocks. In this procedure, liposuction is done from the areas with unwanted, excess fat. This liposuction can be a slim down liposuction or a high definition liposuction depending on the eligibility and wishes of the patient.
