MOMMY MAKEOVER IN DUBAI
Congratulations on the pregnancy. Now let’s get that pre-pregnancy bikini body back.
A Mommy Makeover isn’t one procedure — it’s a fully personalized combination of surgeries, designed around your body and your goals, performed in a single surgical plan so you recover once and come out the other side transformed.
Under Dr. Ganatra’s care, every Mommy Makeover is built from scratch. No two are the same — because no two bodies, and no two journeys, are the same.
MOMMY MAKEOVER
WHAT IS A MOMMY MAKEOVER?
Think of it as a full reset — not to erase what you’ve been through, but to give you back a body you feel proud of.
A Mommy Makeover typically combines procedures across three areas:
- Your breasts — which may have lost volume, sagged, or changed shape after breastfeeding. A Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation, or a combination of both can restore fullness, symmetry, and shape.
- Your abdomen — where skin stretches, muscles separate, and fat settles in ways that training simply can’t fix. A Tummy Tuck removes the excess skin, repairs the muscles, and flattens the midsection properly.
- Your body contour — the waist, flanks, hips, back, and thighs. VASER Liposuction sculpts definition back into the areas where pregnancy redistributed fat. Where needed, J-Plasma skin tightening adds an extra layer of tone.
And for patients who want to restore volume and curves to the buttocks, a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) using your own fat can be incorporated as well.
The combination is decided together — based on your anatomy, your priorities, and what’s safe to do in one surgical session.
Why Choose Dr. Ganatra for Your Mommy Makeover in Dubai?
There are a few things I want you to know before you decide to come in.
I’ve been doing this for over 10 years.
I’m a bodybuilder as well as a surgeon.
I repair the muscles the right way.
Diastasis recti — the muscle separation that happens during pregnancy — is something I take seriously. I perform a two-layered repair customized for your anatomy, so your waistline looks snatched and your core is genuinely strong — no back issues, and you’ll be back to lifting heavy in the gym the right way.
Think of it like putting on a weightlifting belt before a heavy set — the moment you tighten it, your whole core feels stable and supported. That’s what repairing those muscles does. Except this time, it’s built in — you don’t have to remember to put it on.
I use the right technology for each part of the job.
VASER Liposuction for precise fat removal and definition. J-Plasma (Renuvion) where skin needs extra tightening. Implants or fat transfer for breast volume, depending on what suits your body. I don’t apply the same approach to every patient — I build the right approach for you.
I’ll be completely honest about what’s realistic.
If certain goals are better achieved in two stages, I’ll tell you. If a procedure you want isn’t the right fit for your anatomy, I’ll explain why and offer better alternatives. My job is to give you the best possible outcome — not the most impressive-sounding treatment plan.
After surgery, I don’t just hand you over to a recovery sheet.
Every patient gets a customized diet and workout plan post-surgery. I’m a bodybuilder myself — I know what it takes to maintain results, and I know how much it matters to get back to moving and training. I’ll guide you through that personally.
- Comprehensive safety framework: Hospital setting, anesthetist clearance, VTE prophylaxis, precise tumescent/fluid management, temperature control, and evaluation for umbilical/ventral hernias with repair when appropriate.
- Recovery built for active patients: Structured garment plan, lymphatic drainage, mobility coaching, multimodal pain control, and a phased return-to-gym roadmap.
- Clear options & expectations: Mini, full, extended, or 360° techniques explained with trade-offs; realistic timelines for swelling resolution and scar maturation (3–6+ months).
- Consistent, natural aesthetics: A flat, firm abdomen and defined waist that look balanced in motion and in photos—not over-tight or artificial.
Are You a Good Candidate?
A Mommy Makeover is likely a great fit if:
- You’ve finished having children and completed breastfeeding for at least 3–6 months
- Your weight has been stable for several months
- You have loose or sagging abdominal skin that doesn’t respond to training
- Your breasts have lost volume, shape, or symmetry after pregnancy or breastfeeding
- You’re dealing with separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti)
- You have stubborn fat on your abdomen, flanks, or thighs that won’t shift
- You’re in good overall health and not a smoker
- You have realistic expectations — and you’re doing this for yourself
One thing I always say: this is not a procedure to do if you’re planning more pregnancies. The surgery doesn’t prevent pregnancy, but a future pregnancy will stretch the muscles and skin again and can significantly affect your results. If you’re not done yet — wait. The results will be worth waiting for.
What Happens Before Your Surgery
The pre-operative process is where everything is decided — and I take it just as seriously as the surgery itself.
A real conversation.
Not a consultation that feels like a sales meeting. I want to understand your story — your pregnancies, your body now, what bothers you most, what you’re hoping to feel like afterward. That conversation shapes the entire plan.
A tailored surgical plan.
I’ll walk you through exactly what I’m recommending and why, explain the alternatives, and make sure you understand every part of what we’re doing before you agree to anything.
Medical clearance.
Routine bloodwork — and any additional tests needed — to confirm you’re fit for anesthesia and a combined surgical procedure.
Clinical photos and measurements.
Standardized and fully confidential. Essential for planning and for comparing your results afterward.
A full consent discussion.
Every realistic outcome, every risk, every aspect of recovery — laid out clearly before you sign anything.
An anesthesiologist meeting.
Every patient at my facility meets the anesthesiologist before their procedure. No exceptions. For a combined procedure like a Mommy Makeover, this step is especially important.
HOW THE PROCEDURE Works
Step 1: Marking & Planning
Markings are made while you’re standing — because that’s how your result needs to look in real life. We map the skin to be removed, the lift vectors for the breasts, the contour lines, and the liposuction zones. This planning stage is what separates a great result from a good one.
Step 2: Breast Rejuvenation
Depending on your goals, this could be a Breast Lift to restore shape and position, Breast Augmentation to restore volume using implants or fat transfer, or a combination of both. In some cases, a Breast Reduction is the better option. We decide this together — based on your anatomy and what you actually want to look like.
Step 3: Abdominal Muscle Repair
The separated muscles are brought back together with a two-layered repair. Your internal core is restored — that built-in weightlifting belt — so you’re not just flatter, you’re structurally stronger.
Step 4: Tummy Tuck
Excess skin and fat are removed from the lower abdomen. VASER Liposuction is often added at this stage to refine the waistline and flanks without compromising blood supply.
Step 5: Liposuction and Body Sculpting
VASER Liposuction targets the flanks, waist, back, hips, and thighs — sculpting definition back into the areas where pregnancy redistributed fat. Where skin tone needs extra help, J-Plasma is used for additional tightening.
Step 6: Re-draping, Closure, and Compression
The skin is carefully re-draped for smooth, natural contours. Incisions are closed with fine sutures and placed strategically — along the bikini line, around the areola — so they’re as discreet as possible. A compression garment is applied immediately to support healing and maintain your new shape.
Recovery — What to Expect
A Mommy Makeover is a significant procedure, and I’d rather give you a realistic picture than one that sounds better than it is.
- Days 1–3: Some swelling, tightness, and discomfort. You’ll be monitored for 1–2 nights at the hospital before discharge. Drains may be used depending on your case.
- Weeks 1–2: Gentle walking from early on — movement is important for circulation. Most patients return to desk work and light daily activities by the end of week two.
- Weeks 4–6: Light exercise can resume gradually. Core work, heavy lifting, and anything strenuous stays off the table until you’re cleared.
- Months 3–6: This is when the final result reveals itself. Swelling takes time to fully settle — but once it does, the shape you see is the shape you keep.
Aftercare Includes:
- Compression garment for 6 weeks
- Lymphatic drainage massage
- IV therapy and peptide support
- Scar management protocols
- Regular follow-ups for progress tracking
And for my patients who train — you’ll get a customized diet and workout plan as part of your recovery. I’m a bodybuilder myself, and I know the first question is always “when can I get back in the gym?” I’ll have a real, specific answer for you — not just “take it easy for a while.”
Popular Mommy Makeover Combinations
Every plan is customized, but here are some of the most common combinations I perform:
- Tummy Tuck + Breast Lift — the classic combination for post-pregnancy restoration
- Breast Lift + Implants + Liposuction — restoring volume and sculpting the contour
- 360° Liposuction + Tummy Tuck + J-Plasma — for patients who want full circumferential transformation
- Tummy Tuck + Breast Augmentation + Flank Lipo — flattening the abdomen and defining the waist
- Mommy Makeover + BBL — for patients wanting to restore curves to the posterior as well
The right combination depends entirely on your anatomy and priorities — we work that out together in your consultation.

MOMMY MAKEOVER Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is it safe to combine multiple procedures in one surgery?
Yes — when planned properly by an experienced surgeon, combining procedures is safe and has real advantages: one anesthesia session, one recovery period, and results that are designed to look harmonious together rather than piecemeal. That said, safety always drives the plan. If something needs to be staged for your wellbeing, that’s what we’ll do.
2. How long after pregnancy or breastfeeding can I have a Mommy Makeover?
Most women are ready about 6 months after delivery if not breastfeeding, or 3–6 months after stopping breastfeeding — to allow hormones and breast tissue to fully stabilize. Your body needs to be fully recovered before surgery for the results to be accurate and lasting.
3. Will I be able to have children again after a Mommy Makeover?
The surgery doesn’t affect your ability to become pregnant. But a future pregnancy will stretch the repaired muscles and skin again — potentially reversing a significant amount of what we achieved. For the best and most lasting results, this procedure is ideally done after you’ve completed your family.
4. How soon can I care for my children after surgery?
Light caregiving is possible within a few days, but avoid lifting your children for at least 4–6 weeks. Having support at home during the first week is genuinely important — not just nice to have.
5. Will I have visible scars?
Yes, but they’re placed strategically — along the bikini line for the tummy tuck, around the areola or in the breast crease for breast procedures. With proper scar care, silicone therapy, and time, they become very discreet. The results do the talking long before anyone notices a scar.
6. Will a Mommy Makeover help with stretch marks?
Stretch marks in the lower abdominal skin that’s removed during the tummy tuck — gone completely. Stretch marks above that zone may shift lower but won’t disappear entirely. Skin tightening treatments and medical-grade skincare can help with what remains.
7. Can I breastfeed after a Mommy Makeover?
A tummy tuck has no effect on breastfeeding. For breast procedures, it depends on the specific technique used — this is something we discuss in detail during your consultation, especially if you’re not completely done with your family plans.
8. Is a Mommy Makeover suitable for women over 40?
Age alone is not a limiting factor. Many of my patients are in their 40s and early 50s and achieve excellent results. What matters most is your overall health, not your age. The pre-operative evaluation covers everything we need to confirm you’re a safe candidate.
9. When will I see the final results?
You’ll see a significant change almost immediately, but the full picture takes time. Major swelling settles around 6 weeks. Contours become defined around 3 months. The final, complete result is typically visible by month 6 — and that’s the shape that stays.
10. Are the results permanent?
The fat removal and muscle repair are permanent — unless reversed by significant weight gain or another pregnancy. Which is why I always say: this procedure rewards the people who are committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle afterward. That’s also why the post-surgery diet and workout plan matters so much.
11. How much does a Mommy Makeover cost in Dubai?
The cost depends on which procedures are combined, the complexity of your case, operating time, hospital fees, and whether implants are included. You’ll receive a detailed, personalized quote after your consultation — there’s no fixed price because no two Mommy Makeovers are the same.
12. Will I need to stay overnight?
Yes — most patients stay 1–2 nights. This allows for proper pain management, early mobility guidance, and monitoring before you head home. It’s not optional — it’s part of making sure your recovery starts right.
