Refund, Cancellation & Revision Policy
Home / Refund, Cancellation
1) General principles
- No refunds for services already rendered. Payments cover professional time, consumables, and operating resources—not a guaranteed result. Cosmetic outcomes vary by individual biology and healing.
- •Results are not guaranteed; dissatisfaction alone is not grounds for a refund.
2) Deposits & payments
- Surgery booking deposit (non-refundable): 10% of surgical package to reserve a date. If you cancel, this deposit is retained to cover scheduling and administrative costs.
- Payment deadline: Surgical fees are due 2 days before the procedure unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
3) Cooling-off & consent
- For non-surgical cosmetic procedures, we honor a minimum 1-day cooling-off period after the first consult (no “same-day” treatment)
- For elective surgery, informed consent is taken with adequate time for discussion; multilingual consent forms are used per DHA Guidelines for Patient Consent.
4) Cancellations & Refunds (surgery)
- ≥ 30 days’ notice: Refund of Amount Paid minus the non-refundable deposit and any completed pre-op costs (e.g., labs, imaging).
- 15–29 days’ notice: 50% refund of Amount Paid minus deposit and any completed pre-op costs.
- 0–14 days’ notice: No refund of Amount Paid.
- Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule if ≥ 14 days’ notice; thereafter, a rescheduling fee AED 2000 applies.
5) Refunds (non-surgical)
- Packages & promotions: Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once started; unused sessions may expire 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
6) Revision policy (cosmetic surgery)
- If a medically reasonable revision is agreed by patient and surgeon within 18 months, surgeon’s fee may be waived at our discretion; patient remains responsible for facility, anesthesia, implants, garments and supplies.
- Exclusions (not “revisions”): capsular contracture; age-/gravity-related skin relaxation; weight changes after body-contouring; preference changes (e.g., implant size/style); or requests beyond the agreed plan. These are billed as new procedures.
7) Products & retail items
- Defective/damaged products are repaired, replaced or refunded per UAE consumer protection rules and manufacturer warranties; unopened items may be exchanged within [7–14] days with receipt (hygiene items excluded).
8) Chargebacks & dispute resolution
- Because aesthetic surgery is a bespoke professional service, payment disputes must first be raised directly with the doctor and his team for good-faith resolution/mediation before any card chargeback.
9) Legal & ethical notes
- Policies adhere to professional codes regarding truthful communication, realistic expectations, and ethical practice.
- This policy works alongside Dubai/UAE consumer protection and health-regulatory standards and does not limit statutory rights.
