Lipo 360 In Dubai
A flatter stomach is half the job done. A complete job is treating the entire torso circumferentially - slim the abdomen, contour the waistline and remove the back rolls and love handles
Many patients come in asking for one area: “I only want the lower tummy,” or “Can you just remove the love handles?” Sometimes an isolated area really is all that needs treatment. But very often, when I examine a patient standing and look from the front, side and back, the problem isn't limited to one pocket of fat — the abdomen, waist, flanks, back and sometimes the chest are all connected. Treating only the front can leave the sides looking heavy and the back unfinished.
That's where Lipo 360 comes in: it treats the torso as one connected shape rather than a collection of separate parts. When the anatomy calls for it, I go for the comprehensive approach — not because it's the bigger operation, but because it's the honest one.
What Is Lipo 360?
Lipo 360 is comprehensive liposuction of the torso — the “360” means the body is assessed and treated all the way around, front, sides and back. It doesn't mean every patient gets the same operation; the areas depend on whether you're male or female, where the fat sits, skin quality, previous surgery and the shape you want.
For women it commonly includes the upper and lower abdomen, waistline, flanks and love handles, the armpit area when needed, and the upper, middle (bra rolls) and lower back. For men it commonly adds the chest to the abdomen, flanks, love handles, armpit and full back.
One honest point I make at every consultation: liposuction removes subcutaneous fat, not the visceral fat around the organs. Lipo 360 improves shape and proportion — it is not a substitute for weight loss.
Slim-Down or High-Definition — and the Tools
A female torso isn't simply reduced evenly top to bottom — the waist is shaped in relation to the ribs, hips and buttocks. For men, the aim is usually a flatter abdomen, a cleaner chest and a stronger V-taper rather than an hourglass. Within that, there are two directions:
| Slim-Down Lipo 360 | High-Definition Lipo 360 | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | Smaller, lighter, better-proportioned silhouette | Athletic, sculpted look with visible muscle lines |
| Look | Softer contours, no muscle definition | Visible abdominal lines, sharper chest, obliques, defined waist |
| Marking | Standard treatment zones | Detailed marking of muscle borders and shadows |
| Fat removal | Even reduction across the torso | Selective removal to reveal muscle anatomy |
| Best for | Patients wanting a slimmer, more feminine or balanced shape | Fit patients close to goal weight wanting athletic definition |
VASER Lipo 360 uses ultrasound energy to loosen and emulsify fat before removal — I prefer it for dense abdominal fat, fibrous back fat, male chest, love handles, high-definition sculpting and revision. J-Plasma (Renuvion) Lipo 360 adds tissue contraction for patients with stubborn fat plus mild to moderate skin laxity: VASER loosens the fat, liposuction removes it, J-Plasma helps the skin contract — but J-Plasma is not a substitute for removing loose skin.
The first question I ask isn't “which technique is more advanced?” It's “how do you want your body to look?” Technique always beats technology.
Lipo 360 can address stubborn fat around the connected torso, a flatter abdomen and smoother back, a smaller female waist and a stronger male V-taper. It cannot remove visceral fat, repair separated muscles, remove significant hanging skin, or change your skeleton. If the main problem is loose skin or muscle separation, a tummy tuck — sometimes with Lipo 360 around the waist and back — is the better plan.
Lipo 360 Cost, Duration & Hospital Stay
Pricing depends on the male or female plan, the areas included, the volume and density of fat, VASER, J-Plasma, high-definition sculpting, revision, fat transfer and hospital stay. The final quote is confirmed after examination:
| Procedure | Starting Price (AED) | Duration | Hospital Stay |
|---|---|---|---|
| VASER Lipo 360 | 38,000 | 3–4 hours | Usually 1 night |
| VASER Lipo 360 with J-Plasma | 40,000 | 3.5–4.5 hours | Usually 1 night |
Two patients asking for “Lipo 360” may need very different operations, so the quotation is confirmed after a full assessment.
Why Choose Dr. Hardik Ganatra For Lipo 360?
Body contouring isn't one of the things I do — it's the focus of my practice. A comprehensive torso result depends on far more than removing fat: I assess the waist from the front, projection from the side, back folds from behind, chest-to-abdomen balance in men, waist-to-hip balance in women, skin quality and how the torso looks in movement. As a recreational natural bodybuilder, I know how a lean, fit physique should look — not just standing still, but moving.
My practice is built on four principles: an exclusive focus on body contouring; safe surgery with strong aesthetic results; structured post-operative care; and honest guidance, including telling a patient when Lipo 360 is not the right operation.
I wouldn't want to do a half-hearted job on anyone's body. My goal is a torso that looks balanced from every angle and natural in real life.
Are You A Good Candidate ?
A good candidate usually has:
- Stubborn fat around several connected areas of the torso
- Reasonably good skin quality and a stable or near-stable weight
- Good general health and realistic expectations
- A desire for improved shape rather than major weight loss, and a commitment to garments, massage and follow-up
At consultation I assess fat thickness, skin laxity, visceral fat, muscle separation, previous surgery, and whether you want slimming or definition. Sometimes Lipo 360 is the right answer; sometimes the honest answer is weight loss, a tummy tuck, J-Plasma, or a smaller procedure — and I'll tell you that.
Before Your Surgery
Everything starts with a full assessment from the front, side and back — fat distribution, waistline, upper and lower abdomen, flanks, back folds, skin quality, visceral fat, muscle separation and previous scars. The treatment zones are marked while you're standing, because fat folds shift when you lie down, and I want to see the real shape before surgery.
How Lipo 360 Is Performed?
Comprehensive Lipo 360 is usually performed under general anaesthesia, because several areas and more than one patient position may be involved.
- Standing markings of every treatment zone
- Fluid infiltration to reduce bleeding and prepare the tissue
- VASER emulsification to loosen the fat, when used
- Fat aspiration and contouring — different areas need different reduction; some transitions keep fat to avoid dents or an artificial look
- J-Plasma after fat removal when mild to moderate laxity is present
- Closure and drainage (mostly internal stitches; some low incisions left open briefly to drain), then a compression garment and foams
Incisions are small and placed discreetly — around the belly button, in the bikini line, above the buttock crease, along the back and near the armpit (and the nipple border in men, the breast fold in women). Larger cases usually mean a one-night stay; I follow accepted large-volume standards, so procedures above about 5,000 cc of total aspirate are done in a hospital with overnight monitoring — a line I don't cross.
Recovery & Aftercare
Lipo 360 is a bigger recovery than treating one small area, because the soreness surrounds the torso. Most patients feel sore, tight, swollen and bruised, and find turning in bed uncomfortable at first. For the first week, move slowly and deliberately — short, regular walks matter, but avoid unnecessary bending, twisting and lifting.
- Most patients return to desk work or work from home after about 5–7 days; longer walks around two weeks; gym gradually after review
- Compression garment continuously for at least six weeks, sometimes two to three months
- Lymphatic massage from around day 2 — at least 10 sessions, sometimes 15–20 after larger back or torso work; gentle, by someone trained in post-liposuction care
- A good early result shows by about six weeks; the final torso shape settles over 3–6 months
Swelling fluctuates with activity, heat, salt and long sitting — so don't judge the result in the first few weeks. As with any surgery, risks include swelling, bruising, numbness, seroma, contour irregularities, asymmetry, infection, burns from energy devices, blood clots, rarely fat embolism, and the possible need for revision — reduced by careful patient selection, hospital-based surgery, safe anaesthesia, early walking and disciplined aftercare.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Lipo 360 different from regular liposuction?
Yes. Regular liposuction treats one or two spots; Lipo 360 treats the whole torso together, so you don’t end up with a flat stomach but a heavy back or thick waist. The “360” tells you how much is covered; VASER or other tools are about how the fat is removed — a separate thing.
Does Lipo 360 include the full back — and the chest in men?
In my hands, yes, when they’re needed. I check the upper back, middle back, bra rolls and lower back separately, because they’re different fat pockets. For men I often include the chest and armpit too — but if there’s real gynecomastia gland tissue, liposuction alone won’t fix it; the gland has to be removed as well.
Can I have only lower-abdominal liposuction?
Of course, if that’s genuinely the only problem area and the rest of the torso is already balanced. But if the upper abdomen, waist, flanks or back are also full, doing only the lower tummy leaves things unfinished — which is why I show every patient their body from the front, side and back first.
Is Lipo 360 a weight-loss procedure?
No, and I make this clear before surgery. It shapes the body and removes subcutaneous fat, not the visceral fat around the organs. If most of your fullness is internal fat, you need to lose weight first.
Can Lipo 360 fix loose skin, or do I need a tummy tuck?
Lipo 360 removes fat, not skin. Good skin often tightens a bit after fat removal, and J-Plasma can help in mild cases — but genuinely loose skin, stretch marks or separated muscles need a tummy tuck or a back lift. Some patients need both: a tummy tuck for the front, Lipo 360 for the waist and back.
What's the difference between VASER and J-Plasma?
They do different jobs and don’t compete. VASER loosens the fat before I remove it; J-Plasma comes in afterward to help tighten the skin. Some patients only need VASER, others do better with both.
Can Lipo 360 be combined with a BBL?
Yes, in the right patient — fat from the torso can be transferred to the hip dips or buttocks. When I do this, the fat is always placed above the muscle under ultrasound guidance; that’s non-negotiable. You’ll also follow positioning rules during recovery to protect the transferred fat.
Is it painful, and when can I return to work?
Most patients describe deep soreness and tightness rather than sharp pain — like after a very intense workout, with the first few days the toughest. Most are back to desk work or working from home within 5–7 days; physical jobs need longer.
Can fat return after Lipo 360?
The fat cells removed are gone for good, but if you gain weight afterward the remaining fat cells can enlarge, anywhere in the body. Keeping your weight stable is the best way to protect the result.
Book a Consultation
If you're considering Lipo 360, start with a full assessment rather than choosing the operation from a package name or an online photograph. I'll assess the abdomen, waist, flanks, chest or armpit area, full back, skin quality, visceral fat, muscle separation and the result you want — and the right plan may be VASER Lipo 360, VASER with J-Plasma, high-definition Lipo 360, Lipo 360 with fat transfer, a tummy tuck with Lipo 360, a smaller isolated procedure, or weight loss first.
